摘要
The interfacial bonding between carbon fiber(CF) and matrix is one of the important technical difficulties during the development of CF. In the paper, a physical modification method of rapidly spraying CF surface by carbon nanotubes(CNTs) gas-phase dispersion was adopted to strengthen the interfacial bonding between CF and matrix. SEM was used to observe the structure of fiber surface and the distribution of CNTs. And the mechanical and thermoelectric properties of the formed CF composite specimens were measured. The results showed that interlaminar shear strength, tensile strength and compression strength of the CF composite fibers increased by 12.07%, 8.73% and 13.83%, and CF composites treated with CNTs had higher thermal diffusivity and lower resistivity than before. It has good application significance for modification and reinforcement of CF and CF composites.
