摘要
The study identifies 21 studies about the effectiveness of 12 different public reporting (PR) instruments. An impact could be demonstrated in 9 studies, 7 studies showed mixed results, while 5 studies could not show any effect on patient steerage. Besides this, potential success factors for an implementation of PR in Germany are presented.
