Research on Teaching Reform of Taekwondo in Universities from the Perspective of "The Humanistic Spirit Training"

The thesis explores approaches and main points on humanities training in the process of taekwondo teaching based on the analysis of taekwondo value, combined with the background building on core values being taken seriously by the public and the demand of college humanity spirit. The thesis put forward taekwondo course has both the value of general sports, and has special culture attribute different from the western competitive sports. And then teaching reform promoting "humanistic spirit training" can be realize through the three ways like strengthening taekwondo spirit, forming taekwondo cultural atmosphere, and increasing teaching evaluation content about the humanistic spirit.
