摘要
With the deepening of competition among enterprises, labor factor mobility gradually changed the traditional pattern of weak, high staff turnover in some industries, to maintain a reasonable turnover rate of human resource managers to consider important issues. In this paper, the concept of employee turn over to start analyzing the factors, and employee turnover factor for some strategies and measures.
