A Case Study on Tourism Real Estate Integrated Development Pattern with the Application of Industry Convergence Theory

摘要
The development of tourism real estate will have broad space and opportunities in China's market. However, tourism real estate is not-the simple aggregation of tourism industry and real estate industry, the authors believe that only when the tourism and real estate achieve a seamless convergence, that they can enlarge the marginal benefit each other and seek quicker development speed in their interaction. This paper first reviewed the basic theory of industry convergence, elaborated the tourism real estate concept and connotation, and then analyzed the internal cause to realize the industry convergence., The main part of this paper deeply analyzed the integrated development pattern of "tourism + real estate" from the perspective of industry convergence, which including its value chain reconstruction, profit model and operation mode. In case study section, it took the first-class brand in Chinese tourism real estate Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town for example, summed up its experience and operation methods about successfully realizing industry convergence of tourism real estate integrated development pattern. At last, authors proposed that tourism real estate industry convergence still need the long-term practice to carry on the continuous fumble and summary.
