Analysis of Humic Acids Isolated from Agriculture Soils

摘要
This study was conducted to characterize the composition and functionalities of Humic Acids (HAs) isolated from agriculture lands of Sindh Pakistan by using given by International Humic Substances Society (IHSS). The investigation was carried out in order to acquire information about organic matter in these tropical soil environments. For this purpose four t sites of agriculture lands i.e. 1. Gari Mori, 2. Razi Dero, 3. Piryalo, 4. Pir Jo Goth, were sampled and HAs isolated from each soil sample were characterised by elemental analysis UV-Visible and Fourier transform infrared spectral method. The humic acids from soil and Standard (ST) Aldrich were marked rich in C, N, O, H contents and C/N and O/C values indicate the presence of protienous moieties. All the humic acids samples contained simple molecular components of wide heterogeneity, dominant aliphatic character, rich in N-containing and polysaccharide-like structural units, carboxylic groups and increased degree of humification.
