摘要
The relationship between values, ethics and stakeholders in a performance context is explored. Organizations must have a focused purpose of pursuing goals through the ethical concepts of value. The foundations and importance of core values to every business are discussed in relation to modes of behaviour and decision-making practices. They are demonstrated as underpinning the strategic direction, conveying what is expected by both the organization itself and the major stakeholders. A value-based framework is developed to highlight the ingredients of good business performance in the desire to combine excellence with morality.
