Architecture of a data warehouse with a database proxy server

A data warehouse is simply a single, complete, and consistent store of data obtain from a variety of sources and made available to end users in a way they can understand and use in a business context. The issue here is how to integrate different database type and data type for completeness and consistency. Although there have been some related studies recently, the global data warehouse effectiveness is not addressed. The users do not know where the required data is and how to get the necessary data? We construct the uniform metadata representation and add the database proxy server into my data warehouse architecture to improve the overall effectiveness of data warehouse. My contributions are achieving high performance query and unifying data model in my data warehouse architecture.
