摘要：

IT capability is a hot issue in domestic and international research in recent years. This paper proposes a model of formation mechanism of dynamic IT capability based on the theory of dynamic capabilities, and according to the characteristics of Chinese enterprises informatization, detailedly analyzes it how to play a role in the process of business informatization in China and promote the evolution of IT capability from junior to senior.
