In the large framework reform process of military body generated by Romania's inclusion among the NATO and EU member states, a special place has the structural, conceptual and actional reshaping of the intelligence for defense activity, essential component in ensuring information and decision superiority of the national, allied and partner authorities. One of the vectors that give strength, consistency and ability to adapt quickly to change and modernity of this activity is the education of intelligence for defense, field of activity whose development continuity has created the need for comprehensive and effective educational services to give an answer to different categories of beneficiaries in terms of age, social origin, intellectual potential and skills. The complexity of education in the intelligence education is increased by the heterogeneity of teachers/instructors at least in terms of their professional experience, level of training and career projection mode or degree of training and motivation. This situation can disrupt the entire educational act, an effective educational management, defined as involvement, responsibility, vision and strategic thinking, professional and management skills being able to give a positive note for entire activity.
