摘要
Three new cyclic hexapeptides, named as rubicordins A-C (1-3), together with seven known ones (4-10) were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Rubia cordifolia. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and the cytotoxic and NF-kappa B signaling pathway activities were tested. The results indicated that 1-10 showed cytotoxicity against SGC-7901, A549 or Hela cancer cell lines, and 1-3 inhibited NF-kappa B signaling pathway. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
