摘要
The existing meta-lens designs and methods usually have limitations of single focus steering direction or few specified achievable areas. We demonstrate a design of the terahertz Airy beam meta-device. It could control the focal spots of the Airy beam in a full two-dimensional (2D) plane, and the position of the focal spots can be tuned continuously. We developed a 3D-printing method enabling large-scale and low-cost fabrication of the terahertz metasurfaces with high precision. The manipulation capability for the focal spots and the advanced fabrication method enables practical applications.
