摘要：
The soft power of a university is an organic composition of its overall strength and core competitiveness of the university. It is not only overall mental outlook but also value idea and intrinsic quality of the university. In this article, connotation of soft power and the soft power of a university, importance of soft power construction in university as well as its existing problems are elaborated, and then proposed countermeasures are put forward.
