摘要
More than 20 years of financial reform and development in rural areas is characterized by the formation of an objective of the financial resources-monopoly supply the basic pattern. This monopoly has typical characteristics of system and administration factors. Rural financial administrative monopoly is the formation of historical factors, theoretical guidance, power and interests under the comprehensive selection game, mainly because of our financial system design and regulatory issues. Rural financial monopoly situation in China's rural areas to bring socio-economic consequences are severe, on the one hand it will bring financial resources under the inadequate supply of power shortage in rural economic development and rural economic development lags behind the other hand it also lead to a generally been ignored problems: rural financial resources generated by the unequal allocation of resources to the farmers issue of fairness. Urban dwellers, particularly social certain groups than rural residents and other groups have more financial resources priority dispossession and social resources to the destruction of the equalization of opportunities.
