摘要
The errors resulting from the approximations of a curvilinear contour in calculation of the logarithmic potential in boundary element technique were estimated. The curvilinear boundary element was consequently replaced by a tighten chord, by a tangent line and by contiguous parabola at the control point. The conclusion was done about the accuracy of calculations. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
