Protection of the Social Vulnerable Groups under Sports Law Perspective

Sports right, as the legitimate rights of citizens, is an important part of the fundamental rights of citizens. The rights of social vulnerable groups in the social transition are often overlooked by society for their vulnerable social status and interests expression ability. Social vulnerable groups, as the subject of the vulnerable groups in the transition of the sociaty, the realization of its sports rights is key to the development of social sports. So, to protect the sports right of the social vulnerable groups is the very problem to be addressed in the process of the social sports development in our country. Currently, there still lies many problems in the aspects of achieving sports regulations to protect the rights of citizens, which are bound to have a negative impact on protecting the sports right of social vulnerable groups. This article attempts to make a research on the sports right of social vulnerable groups under sports law perspective, pointing out shortcomings in the development of the social sports in our country in order to promote a more explicit legislation to protect sports right of social vulnerable groups, improve our sports laws and regulations and to promote a harmonious development of sports enterprise.
