摘要
We present a methodology for measurement and eventually control of observed complexity in the management of supply chains. The methodology relies on the quantity of information exchanged between the companies in the array, for the sake of internal management: the higher the information, the higher the complexity of the array. The complexity is due to strategic definitions on management and governance. In the case, the calculated relative complexity reached 13,2% out of 100%. Strategy in supply chains usually aims to low complexity, gaining focus in operations and manufacturing activities, reducing costs by increasing production quantities.
