摘要
The design of a communication architecture for different platforms, data man-agement, including health agencies through the HL7 standards, with the imple-mentation of an application that allows the management of information obtained from a device designed to catch presents vital signs in order to be used in various programs that seek to provide services at home or inpatient days of care in areas of difficult access, allowing control and monitoring vital signs of patients with different conditions.
