摘要：

This paper discussed water resource security problems in China from the aspect of development and utilization situation, supply and demand changes, quantity and quality, security environment and future demand etc. It is concluded that water resources security situation in China is not optimistic no matter now or in the future and has become a major problem must be solved in the process of implementing sustainable development strategy.
