摘要：
An M/G/1 queuing system with retrials is considered in which the service to repeated type customers is provided with probability 'p'. In the study, we discussed two types, of service categories of retrial type customers, joint probability generating function (p.g.f) in the steady state and the expected time of idle state of the server are derived.
