摘要：
The paper proposes to present, shortly, the concept of small and medium enterprise, to particularize the mode of ERP implementing inside of such kind of companies. It will be presented the benefice that the implementation bring along and in the end the conclusions which re-vults after an ERP implementation in a small enterprise. The paper ends tip with determination a the expectations we should have when it is implemented an ERP in a small / medium enterprise.
