摘要
This paper points out biopathological data and clinical interest of dihydrotestosterone. The most commonly immunoassays used to perform both steroid hormones and their precursor assays present lack of precision especially at lower concentrations because of the presence of interfering substances. The same problems exist for dihydrotestosterone quantification. The authors present the best way to optimize the analytical performance of the DHT assay. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS.
