摘要
Nitrogen oxides are major pollutants of the atmosphere. the rapidly increasing NOx emission and atmospheric NOx concentration will make a fundamental change of the air pollution, leading to a series of urban and regional environmental problems. The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) has been'an important commercial process to control NOx from stationary sources these years.A SCR catalyst was prepared with active components impregnation on the TiO2 made by sol-gel method in these text. With TiO2 as the carrier, the effects of Mn2+, Cu2+, Fe3+ addition on the DeNO(x) performance was investigated. Results showed that Mn(0.4)/TiO2 is the optimum catalyst within the investigating range. At the temperature of 70 degrees C, the gas velocity of 1000 mL/min, effects of O-2 and NH3 concentrations were also studied, the catalyst of Mn(0.4)/TiO2 showed a SCR conversion of 45.63% when the O-2 concentration was 3% and [NH3]/[NO] was 1.
