摘要：

A synthetic gene encoding a collagen-like protein (ACMP, artificial cell matrix protein) was designed, constructed and assembled by combined solid phase ligation and PCR-methods. The ACMP-gene (232 bp) was cloned and expressed in an appropiate E. coli expression system. The expressed ACMP (14 kD) was purified by affinity chromatography.
