摘要:
The patterns adopted by fast C60 ions moving through an aluminium target were studied. The Coulomb explosion of such massive clusters are supposed to be partially inhibited due to wake forces induced in the stopping medium. Results showed that an enhancement in energy loss by fast cluster ions in solids was not due to inhibition of Coulomb explosion. The problem was studied using the energy loss function.
