In this paper, the cost of the status of the logistics and the development of the supply chain management are analyzed in our country, and the decision factors of the supply chain management are put forward. After analyzing the supply chain management theory, the optimal model based on the inventory is established in the enterprise supply chain management. The optimal inventory and the suboptimal inventory are obtained. The results are feasible and effective
