摘要
Conformity character and dissipative structure in supply chain (SC) are analyzed firstly. Then this paper brings forward the conformity entropy flow model (CEFM) of SC and establishes the indicator system of operational performance of SC depends on the model. Combining with the example of Nice-centered SC in Zhejiang Province, this paper carries through the demonstration analysis with entropy flow evaluation method (EFEM) and gains reasonable conclusions. Finally, the thoughts for improvement operational performance are put forward with the guidance of promoting conformity character and regulating entropy flow in supply chain.
