摘要：

In the fast development of information society in China, knowledge management is the vehicle for the growth of economy. The policy framework of knowledge management plays a critical role in the process of knowledge management. The discussions of this article focuses on three main topics: the concept and scope of knowledge management in theory; the importance of improvement for establishment of framework on knowledge management; and some suggestions for the policy making on the issue of knowledge management in China.
