摘要
When La2CuO4 (or (La,Sr)(2)CuO4) is cooled below the orthorhombic-to-tetragonal phase transition temperature, numerous changes of the phonon response have been observed in neutron as well as in optical spectra. A recently developed transferable potential model applied to the low-T and high-T phases of La2CuO4 successfully explains many of the changes observed at T-s at least qualitatively, if not quantitatively.
