摘要
Inland waterway project needs to calculate quantity of land-levying relocation, at present uses the artificial method identification to the land-levying land parcel and the relocation, time-consuming expends effort, and easy to make a mistake. This article introduced one kind based on the GIS technology inland waterway land-levying relocation aided design system, the system uses the GIS technical management land-levying relocation topographic diagram, and using pattern recognition technology intelligence recognition farmland, woodland, reservoirs, roads, housing, utility pole, iron tower, electric cables and so on, greatly enhanced the quantity of land-levying relocation calculated efficiency. This system has succeeded applies in Pinghu-Shanghai waterway regulation project and so on, and involves calculate quantity of land-levying relocation of roads, railways and other engineering design projects have practical value.
