摘要
Due to the development of economy and society, the emergency of human energy, and the worsening of ecological environment, customers' consumption concept is changing to stress more on ecological protection and green consumption. Research on ecological leisure industry emerges under such background. Taking employees of ecological hotels as the research objects, the relationship between employees' knowledge sharing, organisational innovation, performance and market orientation is discussed in this study. Convenience sampling is applied to the questionnaire survey for data collection, and the participants are formal employees of ecological hotels with more than 6 month working experience. The direct supervisors, as the pair, are invited for responding to employees' performance. Total 1000 copies of employee questionnaire are distributed, and 763 valid copies are retrieved; and, 300 copies of supervisor questionnaire are distributed, and 186 valid copies are retrieved. The research results reveal significantly positive effects of employees' perceived knowledge sharing on organisational innovation, remarkably positive effects of organisational innovation on performance, notably positive effects of knowledge sharing and performance, mediation effects of organisational innovation on knowledge sharing and performance, and moderation effects of market orientation on organisational innovation and performance.
