摘要
As the advancement on the development of market economy and government reform, there is a rapid increase at the number of non-profit organization (NPO). But the governance of NPO is lagging behind relatively, and it limits the healthy development of NPO seriously. Coordinated governance is accord with the scientific concept of development and the construction of harmonious society brought forward by government, and it is the inevitable choice for NPO in transaction period of China. Coordinated governance aims long-term governance for public affairs by resources integrating, constant interaction, manifold governance, and self-governance through the method of strategic cooperation, coordination and mutual target setting to achieve the goal on the improvement of governance effectiveness of NPO and social welfare.
