摘要：

This paper has discussed the necessity and feasibility for certification body to conduct risk management, described the types of risk for certification body, risk management methods for certification body, and specific measures and suggestions for certification body to establish and implement the risk management system. This paper has conducted concrete analysis on risk management of audit activities through specific cases, and provided a referential management model for certification body to conduct risk management and improve the efficiency of certification.
