The hyper-Wiener index is a molecular topological index with high correlation to the Wiener index. In this paper, we present sharp lower and upper bounds for the hyper-Wiener index of graphs by means of diameter, order and size of graphs. We also present some Nordhaus-Caddum-type results for the hyper-Wiener index.
