摘要
Using overlapping graphene sheets and a hafnium oxide layer as an isolator, a graphene capacitor is manufactured. The voltage applied between sheets changes surface conductivity, which can be used for THz modulation or sensing applications. This research aimed to elucidate the basic characteristics of the graphene capacitor to evaluate its possibilities for application.
