摘要
Herein, we report the design and fabrication of zinc oxide and polyethylene terephthalate based nano-generator device for composite power sensor (TE-sensor) applications. In this paper, friction nano generator (TENG) is combined with electromagnetic generator (EMG). The friction nano-generator uses zinc oxide (ZnO) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as two friction layers. PET was chemically etched and its surface structure was optimized. The friction nano generator and electromagnetic generator were combined into a small, high sensitivity and compound type power generation sensor (TE-sensor) which exhibited a powerful detection performance. The fabricated TE sensor can not only stably detect pulse fluctuation and heartbeat signals, but also can detect ultraviolet intensity. In addition, it can analyze the movement of internal objects by detecting the blockage of plastic pipes.
