摘要：

The development of circular economy is the only way for the social and economic development in Gansu Province. It is also an urgent demand to realize the coordinating urban-rural development and promote the strategy of developing the western regions. Based on an empirical research into the development level of the circular economy in Gansu Province, this article discusses the causes of the development of the circular economy in Gansu Province and analyzes the selection of the development mode of circular economy from different angles.
