摘要
2-Amino-5-(2-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized by electrochemical oxidation of semicarbazone at platinum electrode. The resulting compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, H-1 and C-13 NMR spectral data. The electrolysis was carried out in acetonitrile using lithium perchlorate as a supporting electrolyte. Two platinum plates were used as working as well as counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as a reference electrode.
