摘要
In this paper, a new metamaterial-inspired RFID tag antenna with split ring resonator (SSR) and meander line is proposed. The metamaterial RFID is constructed with nine metamaterial RFID units. The obtained impedance bandwidth covers 2.4 GHz. Through HFSS simulation, the result shows that the tag has a high gain when the substrate of Rogers RT/5870 is used. The proposed metamaterial RFID can easily change the center frequency by changing the dimensions of rectangular patch.
