摘要
Abundant teaching resources have been accumulated along with the rapid development of bilingual education in Xinjiang, China. However it remains challenging to utilize or share these resources due to the lack of effective resource management mechanism. This paper provides a thorough study on a knowledge base for bilingual education of the Xinjiang Bilingual Teaching Resources Database. Based on ontology technology and subject knowledge, Specifically, it discusses knowledge expression, acquisition, construction of the database, and the curriculum-oriented knowledge model for bilingual teaching resources. The purpose of this research is to provide an effective solution to address the critical issues regarding teaching resource management, such as interoperability, resource sharing, and scalability. For subsequent Bilingual teaching resource library to provide personalized services to users, resources and other aspects of function can also be recommended to provide intelligent solutions.
