摘要
Despite the promise of targeting gamma delta T cells for cancer immunotherapy, the mechanisms underpinning the recruitment of this T-cell subsets to neoplastic lesions remain poorly understood. we have recently identified the pro-inflammatory chemokine CCL2 and its receptor CCR2 as key molecular determinants of gamma delta T-cell migration and tumor infiltration.
