摘要：

Innovative talents play an important role in social development. There are lots of experimental classes in national colleges aim for cultivating innovative talents now days. Because college study is one of the most important personal cultivating stages. We proposed some important practices and theories through cultivating our college's innovative talents for the purpose of providing some experiences for other college.
