摘要：

Different from general carbon steel, special steel has higher quality of cleanliness, gas content, inclusion content, macrostructure, surface quality etc. So it products more difficultly in CC. Relational continous casting technology of Xingcheng Special Steel is described in this paper,involving the technology of shielding casting, fluid field optimizing and decreasing segregation etc. The foreland technologies that we have ahead adopted such as tundish induction heating, soft reduction and big round bloom production are also summarized here.
