Toyotism and its applicability: a case study in micro enterprises

The goal of this study was to identify how toyotism can benefit the Management of a Microenterprise, the objects of study of this text are the administrative tools provided by toyotism and its relevance to microenterprises. The work was a study of case delimited to a company, Imperium, in the clothing sector located in the city of Marituba, in the metropolitan region of Belem, in the state of Para, supported by a bibliographical research on toyostim to get better used to it as a Subject and to have an adequate theoretical basis throughout the research. As a research tool, questions were asked about the history of the microenterprise and a form, filled in by an employee and founder of the company, with questions about many aspects of the administration, structure, product and stock. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and then allied with a bibliographic research of articles related to toyotism and its various aspects, in order to identify which tools could be used and in which aspects/sectors of the company. This study is relevant for the analysis and application of toyotism tools, being usable for small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs.
