摘要
This article presents a sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for solar E-TUKTUK application. The sensorless strategy covers the estimated rotor speed and position of PMSM, and a sliding mode observer (SMO) was proposed in this study. The SMO is the most popular method of sensorless control due to its nonlinear control structure, deterministic nature, robustness, and high performance. The sigmoid function is used as a filter for the noises in the observer system. Field Oriented Control (FOC) is the control method. The proposed control algorithm is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and its performance. The simulation results indicated that the purposed method can track the actual values of rotor speed and position PMSM with small deviations, robustness, high dynamic performance, and sufficient for precise control.
