摘要:
Cadmium oxide (CdO) thin films have been synthesized using a chemical bath deposition (CBD) method at room temperature. The prepared CdO thin film were annealed and further used for the structural, morphological, UV-VIS characterization. The thermo emf study was made with the TEP setup. The structural study showed polycrystalline CdO material. Morphological study reveals the prism like morphology. Optical and thermo emf study showed n-type nature with optical band gap of 2.13 eV.
