摘要
Live working technology is to ensure the safe operation of UHV transmission lines is an important technical means, and the security and stability to equal-potential is a key link for live working. UHV line tension insulator string length, the distance between united and dip Angle, etc is bad for workers along the insulator into the equal-potential. For workers from jumping into the equal-potential head during the process of impact to the operating situation of the upper cross arm discharge test, and in view of the big jump line Angle walk the characteristics of the operator is not convenient to climb stair is developed. Experimental study on the discharge curve is obtained under this kind of live working condition and combining the UHV line between the overvoltage level security check the homework, developed by using step climbing ladder for homework personnel enter the equal-potential provides a new method, the UHV AC/DC tension in and out of the significance of reference to the equal-potential.
