摘要
An exploratory, qualitative study was carried out with in-depth interviews and discourse analysis of three participants in a professional training network. Results show the surfacing of innovation within the network. The latter means the rise of agents who, due to their management, innovation, and entrepreneurship skills, generate encouraging knowledge for students, interns, or admins. However, please do not get the chance to influence them during professional training and internships organized in collaboration between companies and public universities. About the state of knowledge, the results of this research were discussed.
