摘要：
Synthesis of benzyloxybenzaldehyde dimethyl acetal resin 7 and its usefulness for immobilising 1,3-diols is described. The regioselective cleavage with DIBAL-H in CH2Cl2 of the resin-bound acetals 10 and 11 provided the polymer-bound alcohols 12 and 13 which were used as starting materials in the solid-phase synthesis of 1-dethia-1-oxacephams.
