摘要
Our current studies had disclosed that a thin polymer-oxide. functionalized nanolayer incorporated with aluminum (AI) yields a composite cathode structure for the fabrication. of high-performance organic/polymer light-emitting diodes (O/PLEDs). [1-4] The. device performance is improved by the formation of a specific organic oxide/Al complex at the cathode interface during the deposition of AI, facilitating the injection of electrons and inhibiting metal-induced quenching sites of luminescence in the electroluminescence (EL) layer near the recombination region.
